An economy implant is a titanium screw placed in the jaw bone in place of a lost tooth. A crown is later fitted on top, giving back both the look and the function of the tooth. The word “economy” comes from it being offered as an accessible package, without giving up on what the implant does.
The screw itself takes the place of the natural root. The neighboring teeth are left untouched, so healthy teeth are not shaved down, and that is the key advantage that sets an implant apart from options like a bridge.
It can be used when a single tooth is missing or when a few teeth have been lost. It is a good starting point for those who do not want a removable denture and are looking for a fixed, lasting solution. Suitability is always set by the state of the jaw bone.
For a successful result the jaw bone has to have enough density and volume. If the bone is thin, procedures to support it may come up before the implant; we weigh that together after the tomography.
At the first examination your mouth and x-ray are looked at and the spot for the implant is planned.
Under local anesthesia the implant is placed in the bone; you feel no pain during the procedure. A healing period of a few months then follows so the implant fuses with the bone.
Once the fusion is complete, a support piece and the crown are fitted onto the implant. Because this package excludes the prosthesis, the crown stage is planned separately; we explain the options to you clearly.
With good care it can be used for many years. What decides this is oral hygiene and regular check-ups. An economy package sets its lifespan by its care, not its price; with the right care it serves trouble-free for a long time.

Estetik bölgede restorasyon ve protez uygulamaları, çocuklarda erken süt dişi kayıplarında boşluk yönetimi (yer tutucu), dijital diş hekimliği (CEREC), endodontik tedaviler, dental fotoğrafçılık ve botulinum toksin (botoks) uygulamaları alanlarında eğitimler almıştır. 2020 yılından itibaren Positive Dental Studio bünyesinde mesleki çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

Cerrahi Guide, implant cerrahisinden önce tomografi verilerinizden dijital olarak tasarlanıp üretilen, implantların doğru açı ve derinlikte yerleştirilmesini sağlayan kişiye özel bir şablondur. Cerrahi sırasında dişlerin veya diş etinin üzerine oturarak hekime kılavuzluk eder. Böylece işlem daha öngörülebilir, çoğu zaman daha hızlı ve daha az invaziv hâle gelir.
Greft Uygulaması, implant yerleştirilecek bölgede kemik yüksekliği veya genişliği yetersiz olduğunda eksik kemiğin greft malzemesiyle desteklendiği bir işlemdir. Greft, vücudun kendi kemik yapımını uyararak bölgeyi implanta uygun hâle getirir. Böylece daha önce implant yapılamayan bölgelerde sağlam bir zemin oluşturulur.
