All-on-Four is a treatment that completes all the teeth in one jaw with a prosthesis fixed onto just four implants. It gives a fixed, comfortable solution for people who have lost all their teeth and in most cases needs no extra bone surgery. At Positive Dental Studio we run the treatment with tomography and careful planning, often getting you back to daily life the same day with temporary teeth.

Surgical Guide

A surgical guide is a custom template planned digitally from your CT scan before implant surgery. It fits over the teeth or gum during the procedure and steers each implant to the exact position, angle and depth that were planned on the computer. Guided placement makes the surgery more predictable, often quicker, and gentler on the tissues.

Graft Application

When the jawbone is too thin or too low to hold an implant safely, a bone graft rebuilds the missing volume. Graft material is placed in the area and, over time, your body forms new bone around it. Because this package excludes the prosthesis, we talk through the crown stage and its options separately.

Implant Removal

Sometimes an implant has to be removed, for example if it becomes infected, does not bond with the bone, loosens or sits in the wrong position. Implant removal takes the implant out while protecting as much of the surrounding bone as possible. Once the area has healed, a new implant can often be planned for the same site.

Implant Guide (Half Arch)

When several implants are placed across half of a jaw, a custom guide keeps each one exactly on plan. Made from your three dimensional scan, the guide fits over the area and directs every implant to its planned position, angle and depth. For multi implant cases this makes the surgery more predictable, usually faster, and easier on the tissues. This guide covers half of one jaw.

Healing Cap - Implant Uncovering

This is a small gum procedure with two common uses. It can remove the flap of gum (the operculum) that covers a partially erupted tooth, often a wisdom tooth, where food collects and causes inflammation. It can also uncover an implant that has healed beneath the gum, so a healing cap can be attached and the tooth restoration can begin. Both are short procedures, usually carried out under local anaesthetic.

A barrier membrane is placed over a graft site to guide how the area heals. It keeps faster growing soft tissue out of the space where bone needs to form, so the bone can develop in a healthy, protected way. This item covers the membrane application for a single tooth site; the flap surgery and the membrane material itself are billed separately.

Peri-Implantitis (Non-Surgical) (Per Implant)

Peri-implantitis is inflammation of the gum and bone around an implant, usually caused by bacteria building up below the gum. The non-surgical approach cleans and disinfects the implant surface and the pocket around it without opening the gum, often combined with antibacterial agents. The aim is to control the inflammation early and protect the tissues that support the implant. This fee covers a single implant.

Peri-Implantitis (Surgical) (biomaterial & membrane cost excl.) (Per Implant)

When peri-implantitis is more advanced, or non-surgical care is not enough, the gum around the implant is opened so the implant surface can be cleaned and disinfected directly. In suitable cases, graft material and a membrane are used to help rebuild the bone that was lost. The aim is to stop the inflammation and keep the implant in place. This fee covers a single implant; the biomaterial and membrane are billed separately.

Sinus Lift Surgery (external) (graft cost incl.)

In the upper back jaw the sinus cavity often sits low and leaves too little bone for an implant. An external sinus lift creates a small window in the side wall of the jaw, gently lifts the sinus membrane, and fills the space beneath it with graft material. Over the following months new bone forms, so an implant can be placed securely. The graft fee is included in this package.

Sinus Lift Surgery (internal)

When the upper jaw needs only a small gain in bone height, a closed sinus lift can be carried out through the implant site itself. Working through the channel prepared for the implant, your dentist gently raises the sinus floor and adds a little bone if needed. It is less invasive than the open technique and can often be done in the same visit as the implant.

Sinus Plasty

The sinus is separated from the mouth by a thin membrane. During implant or sinus surgery this membrane can tear, or a small opening can form between the mouth and the sinus. Sinus plasty repairs this area, closing the membrane or the communication so the two spaces are properly separated again and treatment can continue safely.

Zygomatic Implant (implant fee excluded)

Zygomatic implants are longer implants anchored in the cheekbone rather than the upper jaw. They are used when the upper jaw has lost so much bone that standard implants or grafting are not suitable. Because the cheekbone is strong and dense, it provides a firm anchor, and in many cases fixed teeth can be planned without a separate sinus graft. This fee covers the surgical procedure; the implant itself is billed separately.
