The prosthesis is fixed onto the four implants. Unlike removable dentures, it does not come loose; because it stays put in the mouth, it improves comfort while speaking and eating.
It suits people who have lost all their teeth, who use removable dentures and want a fixed solution, who have many loose teeth that need extraction, or who have bone loss in the back region and prefer to avoid advanced surgery. Suitability is decided by studying the jaw structure with tomography.
The process starts with planning. Tomography is used to study the jaw structure and set the position of the implants. Under local anesthesia, four implants are placed in the jaw bone. In most cases treatment begins the same day with temporary teeth. Once the necessary fusion and healing period is complete, the permanent prosthesis is prepared and fixed onto the implants.
The whole jaw is finished with fixed teeth in a single session. In most cases no extra bone surgery is needed, and you return to daily life quickly with same-day temporary teeth. Thanks to its fixed structure, it offers more comfort while speaking and eating than removable dentures and feels close to a natural tooth.
